Looking to expand presence into the Fintech capital of the world, an international company specialized in PCI Compliance and Payment Security moved forward with buildout of a call-center in downtown Atlanta. Having limited understanding of the market and a need to hire 30 support professionals in a short period of time, our client looked to engage a partner. See how TekStream stepped in.
TekStream was engaged to provide advisement on Atlanta candidate pool, interviews, offer and onboarding process. TekStream Recruiting worked with client management overseas to map out the necessary approach in order to meet the hire goal. Initial candidate generation were handled by the TekStream sourcing team while 2 interview days were coordinated when management would be in Atlanta. TekStream provided onsite Recruiting to conduct interviews and an interview coordinator to assist with the process for each day. Following daily debriefs, offers were made for selected candidates. Overall results from the 5 TekStream members and internal client team that supported this initiative included 75 phone interviews, 50 in person interviews (25 each day) , 30 offers which following onboarding efforts resulted in 27 new employee starts.
