As Chief Executive Officer and President, Rob leads daily business operations and oversees the development and execution of the Company’s growth strategy and initiatives. Rob has been in the information technology sector for nearly 15 years providing leadership, consulting and implementation services to leading Fortune 1000 clients. Working with his team of industry-leading executives, Rob oversees all TekStream practice areas and functional disciplines including sales, solution development, and client delivery. Prior to founding TekStream, Rob was Vice President of Sales for Enterpulse/Idhasoft and responsible for forging and managing the strategic alliances of the company, including Oracle, and for selling the solutions which Enterpulse/Idhasoft implemented for its clients. In addition, Rob was responsible for managing and maintaining the company’s sales forecast and serving on an executive team to manage the company’s strategic decisions for sales growth, resource investments, and operational strategy including the profit and loss report. In this capacity, Rob’s leadership allowed Idhasoft to grow revenues at over 220% from 2009-2010 and increased profitability to allow for the continued investment in people, systems and processes to support the organization’s growth. Prior to joining Enterpulse/Idhasoft, Rob spent over 7 years with Plumtree Software and BEA Systems, Inc. (acquired by Oracle, Inc.) in a variety of roles including Southeast Area Sales Manager, Sales Engineering Lead and Implementation Manager, where he provided license sales, process and technical consulting services for the design, development, and implementation of business solutions. During this time, Rob had the opportunity to work with startup, regional and global companies including the American Cancer Society, ExxonMobil and Proctor and Gamble. In addition, Rob was part of the Management Consulting practice of PriceWaterhouseCoopers, where he helped global organizations design and develop Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions using SAP. Rob received a Bachelor of Science in Systems Engineering with a minor in Management Information Systems (MIS) from the University of Virginia. Rob currently resides in Atlanta with his family.
As Executive Vice President, Judd is instrumental in driving the overall direction and revenue growth of the consulting services division. He works collectively with his team to launch territory campaigns to increase customer awareness, excel in quality of solution delivery, and established a presence in the region as a leading Gold Oracle Partner for Enterprise Portal and Enterprise Content Management technologies.
Prior to founding TekStream, Judd was a Director of Business Development for Enterpulse/Idhasoft responsible for 220% growth of the business. In his early career, Judd spent 8 years with Plumtree Software from the company’s early stages as a Sequoia-backed startup through its IPO and subsequent acquisition by BEA Systems, Inc. (acquired by Oracle, Inc.). He filled a variety of roles including Southeast Area Sales Manager, Sales Engineering Lead and Implementation Consultant, where he provided license sales, process and technical consulting services for the design, development, and implementation of business solutions. His 10-year tenure in this space has created trusted relationships with Oracle and customers leveraging Oracle technologies. In 2007, BEA named Judd Salesperson of the Year in his region. Judd is experienced in building revenues and increasing market share in very competitive software and services industries through experienced sales and management expertise. Proficient at new product rollouts in startup environments, he has previously worked with enterprise companies including The Coca-Cola Company, Cox Enterprises, InterContinental Hotels Group, Southern Company, SunTrust Banks and Turner Broadcasting Systems. Judd earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Virginia Tech in Management Information Systems and is a longstanding resident of Atlanta.
Mark A. Gannon
Executive Vice President, Talent Management, Recruiting Services
As the Executive Vice President for Talent Management, Mark is tasked with making TekStream an employer of choice to consultants, staff and recruiting professionals as well as become a premiere partner to clients who are in need of IT talent.
Prior to TekStream, Mark served as a Vice President of Delivery at Thompson Technologies (an IT staffing firm). Mark was tasked with understanding all client requirements to ensure recruiting standards were met and delivered upon. He also managed a team of nine discipline-specific recruiters and three Account Managers. In addition, Mark served as a direct liaison to several strategic clients, with accountability for growth and expansion. Mark possesses over 13 years of recruiting, sales and management experience in both corporate and agency environments. His experience prior to Thompson includes two years of Recruiting/Account Management for Aerotek/TEKsystems (currently the leading IT/Engineering Staffing firm in revenue) followed by the management of recruiting departments at Ernst & Young Technologies and America Online. Mark began his career at Thompson in 2002 as a Recruiter and has been promoted 4 times, serving in such roles as National Accounts Recruiter, Recruiting Manager, Director of Business Development and most recently, Vice President of Delivery. Gannon has demonstrated his success in the building of a local sales and delivery team that grew from $3M in sales and 10% of Thompson revenue in 2006 to $15M and 70% of Thompson revenue in 2010. He has been recognized for his leadership and individual contributions multiple times, and was named a member of the Thompson Technologies “Chairman’s Circle” for top performers. Mark earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Randolph Macon College in Business/Economics and currently resides in Atlanta with his family.
As Vice President of Delivery, Kevin is responsible for leading the formulation of TekStream’s project delivery methodology and the execution of all project oriented services. In addition, he serves as an expert advisor on customer engagements in the field of portal and content management with over 35 major implementations in his portfolio of experience.
Prior to TekStream, Kevin was the Executive Vice President of Delivery and Operations for Idhasoft, Inc., where he oversaw the customer delivery of one of Idhasoft’s five business units and managed a staff of over 100 employees. During his term as EVP of the group, the business unit built an impressive list of Fortune 1000 clients and established a number of operational processes that significantly streamlined operations and increased overall financial profitability. Before his tenure at Enterpulse/Idhasoft, Kevin held the position of Principle – Atlanta City Leader of Luminant Worldwide (1,000+ employee professional services firm) where he was entrusted with the responsibility of opening the new Atlanta office as the regional headquarters for Southeast operations. In this role, he led all aspects of the Atlanta operations including client delivery, sales, third party vendor management and the direct hiring of the entire regional consulting staff while also managing a significant portfolio of web-based projects at clients such as Merrill Lynch ($3 million) and Pfizer ($1 million). Kevin started his career at Andersen Consulting and then worked at the extremely successful BSG Corporation, formed by a number of ex-Andersen alumni, which grew dynamically to over 750 employees. At BSG, he ran the Packaged Services Extensions and Customizations Group for over 10 years until leaving to rejoin former BSG founders at Luminant Worldwide. Kevin earned his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and post graduate MBA from Texas A & M University and currently resides in Atlanta with his family.
As Vice President of Solutions, Troy is responsible for TekStream’s strategic business solutions built on Oracle technologies including Oracle’s PaaS offerings and WebCenter technologies. Solutions include TekStream’s Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) for WebCenter and Cloud Business Solutions. In addition, Troy oversees TekStream’s Support Services, TekStream University and training programs, and TekStream’s CloudStream hosted solutions. Troy has an extensive knowledge of IT systems and experience working with high-caliber companies. His technical experience includes 11 years with Stellent/Oracle Universal Content Management application with specialization in Enterprise Records Management, Digital Asset Management, Web Content Management and Information Rights Management. He also brings a strong foundation in web design and development, expertise in all Oracle WebCenter Content Management modules, and operational experience of enterprise level engagements to TekStream. In 2010, he was named an Oracle Deputy CTO in an Oracle program that recognizes a distinct group of leading Oracle Technical Architects from North American Oracle SI organizations. Prior to joining TekStream, Troy served as E20 Chief Architect for Sena Systems, Inc. His career also includes work with Idhasoft, Oracle and Stellent, Inc., where he served in various sales and director positions. Troy received a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing with a Minor in Business and Technical Writing from Jacksonville State University in Alabama.
As the Managing Director for Talent Management, Brian is responsible for leading the formulation of TekStream’ s recruiting solutions model. Brian brings over 18 years of Recruiting experience providing leadership, strategic business solutions and delivery for Fortune 500 clients.
Prior to joining TekStream, he held the role of Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager with SRA International and BAE Systems. In his early career Brian was a Sr. Account Executive with a with an award-winning Recruiting Process Outsourcing company leading their recruitment strategies. Brian has had the unique experience of previously working for an RPO company as well a leading Multi-Billion dollar corporate recruiting organizations. In these roles Brian worked cross functionally with HR Business Partners, Finance Partners, On Boarding Specialists and Business Leaders to meet hiring needs efficiently and with extraordinary talent. Throughout Brian’s career he has demonstrated success in building local recruiting teams and been recognized for his leadership. These experiences and knowledge of the Recruiting Industry enables TekStream Solutions to provide cost effective, flexible, results orientated solutions for our customers. Brian is a graduate of Randolph-Macon College and lives outside Washington DC with his wife and three children.
As Managing Director of the Oracle Division Cam is responsible for driving revenue for TekStream’s Oracle Consulting practice, Managed Services, Cloud, and Licensing businesses. He works collectively with his team to launch campaigns for TekStream and Oracle to jointly execute on to identify new leads and ultimately drive revenue. He is also focused on creating a very high level of satisfaction with our existing customers and ensuring they continue to invest in Oracle Cloud and On-Premise solutions.
Cam’s early career began at IBM Software Group where he spent 6 years selling Portal, Content, Middleware, and Database products as an Account Executive covering various territories across the US Midwest, Northeast and Canada. He moved on to the Oracle partner ecosystem and has been driving Oracle revenue in that space for over 12 years. He has driven tens of millions in Oracle revenue through the channel and has influenced hundreds of millions more through professional services attached to Oracle direct transactions. Cam is an expert in On-premise Oracle Licensing and in Oracle Cloud Subscription Licensing and is often called in to validate configuration by customers and even as a neutral third party by Oracle. Cam earned his Bachelor of Commerce from McMaster University in Ontario, Canada. He currently resides outside of Toronto with his family.
As the Director of WebCenter Portal and WebCenter Sites Delivery, Kevin is responsible for TekStream’s strategic and tactical approach to the Oracle WebCenter Portal and Sites technologies. He also is directly responsible for the successful delivery of all engagements within the WebCenter Portal and Sites stacks; having managed and led a variety of local, national, and global implementations.
Kevin’s background includes over fifteen years of experience and deep technical knowledge in a variety of Portal and Portal-like products, including WebCenter Portal, WebCenter Sites, WebCenter Interaction, AquaLogic Interaction, Plumtree Portal, WebLogic Portal, Oracle Portal, and Sun ONE Portal. He brings a foundation based in the intersection of portal technologies and business needs to architect and deliver the most appropriate solution for individual clients. Prior to joining TekStream, Kevin served as a Senior Technical Architect for Idhasoft, Inc., and Enterpulse, Inc. Kevin earned his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the Georgia Institute of Technology (Georgia Tech) and currently resides in Cary, North Carolina with his family.
Greg Moler is an Oracle Certified Technical Architect with expertise in WebCenter offerings for Imaging and Content solutions. He has a vast background in technical programming and software development, starting his career as a C++ and VB developer. For the better part of the last 8 years he has supported over 35 client engagements with TekStream, Accenture, and All Star Software Systems. During his career development Greg has performed duties in all areas of a successful project roll out: presale engagements, solution architecting, project planning, technical architecting, implementation, custom integrations, documentation, as well as support post solution go live. He has written numerous custom developed tools that integrate with a number of application platforms (including WebCenter) to deliver the utmost tailored functionality to ensure the highest grade solution for the client. In addition to his WebCenter expertise, Greg has a passion for System Architecture bringing a deep understanding of the physical and virtual technologies available to assist customers in designing and architecting environments to maximize their solution experience. As the Imaging team lead, he is responsible for a number of key areas including: a technical counter point for client solution architecting and discovery, client system hardware planning, technical oversight to all TekStream Imaging implementations, internal solutions support, and career path and training guidance for the Imaging team. Due to his ability to communicate effectively to a technical and non-technical audience, he is equally comfortable operating in a functional, advisory or technical capacity in support of client deliverables. Greg currently resides in New Haven, CT with his longtime girlfriend and is an active USA Volleyball participant and has a passion for AV and emerging technologies.
