Mark A. Gannon Executive Vice President, Talent Management, Recruiting Services
Mark Gannon’s 22 year career in the recruiting industry includes a strong track record in Corporate Recruiting, Recruitment Consulting, in addition to Recruiting Agency Sales and Team Management. In 2002, Mark relocated to Atlanta and took on a Recruiting role for a local staffing agency. Over his 9 years there, Mark took on the management of new company targets demonstrating repeated success in the building of sales and delivery teams. In 2011, Mark along with two clients started TekStream Solutions.
TekStream Solutions was formed to combine recruiting and talent management with consulting services expertise in AWS, Splunk and Oracle technologies. The combination of consulting and recruiting expertise has been merged to provide clients a partner that can assist with the deployment of consultants as well as targeted location of critical resources. TekStream’s notable successes over the last 9 years include multiple recognitions on the INC. 5000, Atlanta’s fastest growing companies, Atlanta’s best places to work and Oracle partner of the year. Mark earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Randolph Macon College in Business/Economic and currently resides in Atlanta with his family.

As the Managing Director for Talent Management, Brian is responsible for leading the formulation of TekStream’s recruiting solutions model. Brian has over 18 years of recruiting experience, providing leadership, strategic business solutions, and delivery for Fortune 500 clients.
Prior to joining TekStream, he held the role of Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager with SRA International and BAE Systems. In his early career Brian was a Sr. Account Executive with a with an award-winning Recruiting Process Outsourcing company leading their recruitment strategies. Brian has had the unique experience of previously working for an RPO company as well a leading Multi-Billion dollar corporate recruiting organizations.
In these roles Brian worked cross functionally with HR Business Partners, Finance Partners, On Boarding Specialists and Business Leaders to meet hiring needs efficiently and with extraordinary talent. Throughout Brian’s career he has demonstrated success in building local recruiting teams and been recognized for his leadership. These experiences and knowledge of the Recruiting Industry enables TekStream Solutions to provide cost effective, flexible, results orientated solutions for our customers. Brian is a graduate of Randolph-Macon College and lives outside Washington DC with his wife and three children.

Kyle McCloskey joined TekStram Solutions in 2015 as Recruiting Manager. Prior to joining TekStream Solutions, he held the role of Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager at a multibillion-dollar leading Federal Integrator within the Washington DC area. Kyle was successful at implementing and managing multiple recruiting strategies, as well as managing Proposal and Incumbent Capture recruiting efforts. Before taking a role in corporate leadership, Kyle was an Account Manager for a multibillion-dollar award-winning staffing agency. Kyle is a graduate of James Madison University and currently resides outside Washington DC with his wife and daughter.
Chad Cohen

As the Recruiting Manager for Atlanta, Chad is tasked with leading the efforts for internal hiring in TekStream’s Oracle and Splunk practices, in addition to recruiting and managing the staffing needs of multiple clients. Prior to joining TekStream in 2015, Chad served as the Recruiting Manager for another IT Staffing firm focusing on Development, Infrastructure, ERP/Professional Services, and Functional recruiting. He possesses over 10 years of recruiting and management experience in various industries, including but not limited to Big 4 Consulting, Financial Services, Retail, Start-ups/Technology, Healthcare, and Public Sector. He is a four-time Chairman’s Circle award-winner for Top Recruiter. Chad holds dual Bachelor’s degrees in Management and Marketing and resides outside of Atlanta with his family.
