RPO at TekStream is about providing customized recruitment support for the unique needs of each customer. The following are some cases on how TekStream’s Recruitment Process Outsourcing Team has helped companies achieve mission-critical recruiting goals.
- A Large Federal Contractor needed a flexible, cost-efficient solution to support their current and future needs across four different sectors. Internal recruiting management needed to focus on building the onsite team and wanted to immediately address the use of external contingent agency spend. TekStream was deployed to support Fund, Contingent, Proposals, and Strategic Pipeline across all sectors (Intel, DOD, Healthcare, and Civilian). Our team partnered with internal recruiters and the company to assist with the qualification for roles, followed by the screening and presentation of qualified candidates. This partnership continued to scale with additional support to meet new goals, including the identification of new RFP’s and strategic pipelining for 2015-onwards.
- A Mid-Sized Management Consulting Firm did not have the bandwidth to provide recruiter support on multiple proposals.
