Mark A. Gannon
Executive Vice President, Talent Management, Recruiting Services

Prior to co-founding TekStream in 2011, Mark served as a Vice President of Delivery at Thompson Technologies (an IT staffing firm). Mark possesses over 13 years of recruiting, sales, and management experience in both corporate and agency environments. Gannon demonstrated his success in the building of a local sales and delivery team that grew from $3M in sales and 10% of Thompson revenue in 2006 to $15M and 70% of Thompson revenue in 2010. He has been recognized for his leadership and individual contributions multiple times and was named a member of the Thompson Technologies “Chairman’s Circle” for top performers. Mark earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Randolph Macon College in Business/Economics and currently resides in Atlanta with his family.

Brian McGee
Managing Director, Talent Management

Brian McGee joined TekStream Solutions in 2014, bringing more than 18 years of Recruiting experience. Prior to joining TekStream, he held the role of Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager at two separate multibillion-dollar Federal Integrators in the DC area. While there, Brian oversaw the recruiting efforts of Prime/Sub contracts as well as Proposal and Acquisition recruiting efforts globally. Before taking a role in corporate leadership, Brian was an Account Executive with an award-winning Recruiting Process Outsourcing company, leading their recruitment strategies. Brian is a graduate of Randolph-Macon College and lives outside Washington DC with his wife and three children.

Kyle McCloskey

Senior Director, Recruiting Solutions

Kyle McCloskey joined TekStream Solutions in 2015 as Recruiting Manager. Prior to joining TekStream Solutions, he held the role of Sr. Talent Acquisition Manager at a multibillion-dollar leading Federal Integrator within the Washington DC area. Kyle was successful at implementing and managing multiple recruiting strategies, as well as managing Proposal and Incumbent Capture recruiting efforts. Before taking a role in corporate leadership, Kyle was an account manager for a multibillion-dollar award-winning staffing agency. Kyle earned his Bachelor’s Degree in International Business from James Madison University and his Master’s Degree from Amberton University in Human Resources.


Chad Cohen

Manager, Recruiting

As the Recruiting Manager for Atlanta, Chad is tasked with leading the efforts for internal hiring in TekStream’s Oracle and Splunk practices, in addition to recruiting and managing the staffing needs of multiple clients. Prior to joining TekStream in 2015, Chad served as the Recruiting Manager for another IT Staffing firm focusing on Development, Infrastructure, ERP/Professional Services, and Functional recruiting.  He possesses over 10 years of recruiting and management experience in various industries, including but not limited to Big 4 Consulting, Financial Services, Retail, Start-ups/Technology, Healthcare, and Public Sector.  He is a four-time Chairman’s Circle award-winner for Top Recruiter.  Chad holds dual Bachelor’s degrees in Management and Marketing and resides outside of Atlanta with his family.

Too often, technical recruiters have a background focused in either technology or staffing, but not both. This leads to poor hires and less-than-ideal processes.
